    Reporting an Accident

    If you are involved in a vehicle incident, your priorities are to:

    1. 01Ensure that all parties are not injured.
    2. 02Notify the authorities.
    3. 03Do not discuss fault with the other driver(s) or authorities.
    4. 04As soon as possible, notify your supervisor and report the accident to ENTERPRISE FLEET MANAGEMENT by using the Enterprise Appor by calling 800-325-8838 and choosing Option 2.

    Si estás involucrado en un incidente vehicular, tus prioridades son:

    1. 01Asegurarte de que ninguna de las partes esté herida.

Canada Claims Process (English)

If you are involved in a vehicle incident, your priority is ensuring that all parties are not injured and notifying the authorities. As soon as possible, notify your supervisor.

British Columbia - claims can be reported to the ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia) by calling 604-820-8222 for the Lower Mainland, or

1-800-910-4222 for the rest of B.C.


They can also be filed online at Report a claim


Manitoba – can be filed online or by calling Manitoba Public Insurance. Claims phone number is: 1-800-665-2410, or you can file online.

Saskatchewan – claims can be reported to the Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) by calling 1-844-855-2744 or may be filed online at Saskatchewan Online Claims - SGI

Report any issues with your vehicle to your manager immedately.
